M-110 pitch problems

Postby paperboycalle » Mon Sep 10, 2012 2:26 pm

Hey Bench!

I have a M-110 that works fine in the VCF and VCA-sections.
The VCO though, has an issue. The pitch is extremly low, like an LFO. It doesnt respond to CV in etc. Anyone had this problems or something like it? Could it be a bad ua726? Ive tried to tune it on the inside but nothing happens.

Thanks in advance.

Hello

Do you have the schematics ?
Do you have a multimeter ?

If yes, then take the case off and have a look
at the signal path of the CV from the jack
through to the first OPAMP etc then the UA726.

It could be something really simple like a broken
track from the CV jack.
Or it could be a dead OPAMP or UA726.

HEy.

thanks for the reply!

Ok, yeah that was my thought with the UA726. But I´ll check the cv to start with.
